I feel like I'm always in situations where the Art of Customer Service is challenged. Is there a such thing as good customer service anymore? So I decided to share my displeasure with some stores I've visited and their lack of quality customer service. Clearly I shop enough to have story-a-plenty. Feel free to share your own experiences. Please do, I can't be the only one going thru these shanannagans(sp?).
Now I will say that I've had a few instances where I've been pleasantly surprised with good cust service but trust that they're far & few between. Instead I've been shocked & sometimes appalled at the lack of customer service. Why do people take jobs in these fields if they're not interested in doing their jobs??
With that being said; I welcome you to my world... as weird and interesting as it can be.

okay, so he goes to popeye's one day. the lady behind the counter is being rude and giving him much attitude. so, he proceeds to tell the lady that her attitude is the reason she is 35 years old and still working at popeye's AND if she doesnt change, she will be selling chicken for the rest of her life!
omg!! hilarious, right!
the lady stands there with her mouth open. her co-workers are laughing and one even said she deserved it because she is always like that.
they even gave him extra chicken!
that's what i call firing off on some awful service!
